Students of all ages benefit from in-depth, hands-on authentic learning experiences that engage their curiosity, cultivate their passions, and support intellectual risk-taking with a supportive peer group.
Teachers are responsible for developing and modifying the curriculum to match the changing individual needs and interests of the children. Teachers at the same grade level work together to ensure that student experiences are consistent. There is a range of skill levels within each class, and teachers provide a nurturing environment designed to allow for challenge and risk-taking at all levels.
The school philosophy is applied in small classes with highly skilled teachers that share our students’ love of learning. Social and Emotional Learning is emphasized at all levels, developing our students’ skills in the crucial areas of self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making.
